Josie is amazing. I have been using her services for over a year now and find myself in better health and better shape under her care. I struggle with chronic pain and inflammation, and sometimes, after a full flare-up of my RA, Josie is the only person who can bring me back to my baseline. My RA also causes sciatic issues, and I did countless MRIs and X-rays, neurology visits, and physical therapy, only to find the best relief from consistent sciatic pain was Josie diligently working on my sciatica. I've visited many other massage centers in the area, and they just can't compare to Josie's talent and focused work. I even took my partner for a massage elsewhere once when Josie wasn't available, and he said, " If it's not Josie, I don't want it." She's an incredible healer who has great intuition about how to best relieve pain. She's always on time and super communicative about pricing, scheduling, and what she can and can't do for you. I love her responsible energy and her empathetic spirit. She is truly talented, and I don't know where I'd be on this chronic pain journey without her help and skills.

I met Josie last May for my first in-home massage with her, and I was so blown away that I wrote a review for he, which is more like a book! Anything shorter could not have conveyed the talent and professionalism that is Josie. I had an exceptional 90-minute massage with Josie today, so I decided it was time for another review. I have lost count now of how many times has changed my life with a 90-minute or 2-hour massage over the past year. She is the most gifted masseuse I have ever had the great pleasure of experiencing. She is also a wonderful person with a heart of gold, and getting to know her has been a blessing in my life. Today, she concentrated on my shoulders and neck- I am suffering greatly with a torn rotator cuff, and although at first a bit hesitant about having her massage that arm and shoulder, oh my, how quickly I changed my mind after she started. My knots were severe, but they stood no chance with Josie's firm, flowing hands as they did their magic and made them disappear. When she finished, I told her it was as if I was halfway between here and heaven. I was floating, and it was perfection.

Josie has her stuff together. Her scheduling system is professional, and she brings along years of knowledge and experience. I've seen other therapists bring tiny massage tables, but Josie doesn't skimp in that with her legit portable massage table.
When it comes to her massage, she's very attentive to each person's needs and asks what areas are problematic. It's hard to find a good therapist that's able to apply strong pressure, and Josie is able to deliver on that.
Highly recommend and will be returning for more appointments.
